  - Handling end-to-end project phases (proposal, design, implementation, operation, and monitoring), regardless of prior direct experience in each phase.
  - Deliver a wide range of IT services beyond infrastructure, including web security assessment, AI-based solutions, and IT consultation.
  - Implement and design network systems.
  - Create technical project documentation (work plan, detailed action plan, final reports).
  - Execute implementation tasks as a hands-on engineer.
  - Coordinate and control third-party vendor implementations.
  - Monitor and control project safety, quality, and deliverables.
  - Proactively track project progress, identify issues, and define preventive actions to report to the leader.
  - Provide logical problem-solving and technical support in both technical and process areas.
  - Other tasks as assigned.
