    - Set the Control Technician team's skill map, OT plan, and balance job requests.
    - Support the production line (model changes, quality adjustments, Kaizen, coolant system control, etc.).
    - Achieve company targets such as controlling PPM, increasing OEE, and reducing outflow.
    - Manage technician team activities such as 5S, Kaizen, and coolant PM plans.
    - Prepare necessary spare parts for the technical team.
    - Promote improvement activities and cost reduction projects.
    - Set up standard manuals, register, and train technical members.

  • 応募条件

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields.
    - 10+ years of related experience in automotive parts manufacturing.
    - Experience with CNC programming.
    - Experience as a control technician or in a production team.
    - Experience with the IATF 16949 system.

    Advantages:

    - Knowledge of long bar feed machining.
