仕事内容
- Support creating department business plan and lead the cascade of business plan to SM and follow up to achieve the target in department business plan
- Cascade instruction from GM to subordinate manager. Develop, guidance and support section manager as needed.- Cooperate with other department to solve or improvement the issue that concern to business plan result
- Take full response for S Q C D M critical issue deeply in response area.
- Summary response area's SQCD result of managed area to GM and top management
- Report business plan result of area to GM as monthly
- Follow the morning meeting to improvement the issue as Daily.
- Develop and follow up level of SV and engineer directly as quarterly evaluation.
- Cooperate with PC&L team to design production planning that most effective for S Q C D M
- Understand the business standard and manage the subordinates.
- Investigate some issues with basic machining knowledge and instruct it to SM, SV and engineer.

応募条件
[Must]
- Have experience in Manufacturing Management 10 years at least (Japanese Automotive business will be advantage)
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Have strong experience in machining process. Powertrain production experience will be advantage.
- Able to strategy and manage SQCDM of production process under pressure well
- Understanding of problem-solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical analytical tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing process, procedures and legal standard英語
