    - Develop and expand export sales across the APAC region to achieve sales targets.
    - Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with distributors, project owners, hospitality clients, and overseas customers.
    - Manage the complete sales process, from business development and quotation to negotiation and order closing.
    - Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
    - Work with cross-functional departments to support export operations and project execution.
    - Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and business development plans.
    - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
    - Represent the company at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events when required.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales, Project Sales, or Sales & Marketing.
    - Experience in hospitality carpets, hard flooring, interior materials, construction materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
    - Existing connections with hotel groups, developers, contractors, architects, or hospitality end-users will be an advantage.
    - Experience in export trading or international business.
    - Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, regional environment.
    - Goal-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and self-motivated.
    - Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
    - Strong computer proficiency.
    - Knowledge of carpets, SPC flooring, or acoustic panels is a plus.
