仕事内容
- Software Development: Design and develop robust applications using C# (.NET) and Python for machine vision, data analysis, and system monitoring.
- PLC Programming: Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC logic for industrial machines, specifically using Mitsubishi (GX Works) and Beckhoff (TwinCAT) platforms.
- System Integration: Create seamless communication interfaces between PC-based software and hardware controllers (TCP/IP, Modbus, EtherCAT, etc.).
- R&D & Prototyping: Research new technologies and develop prototypes for next-generation automated systems to improve efficiency and performance.
- Algorithm Development: Implement logic and algorithms for motion control, sensor integration, and automated decision-making processes.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct rigorous software testing, debugging, and on-site commissioning to ensure systems meet safety and performance standards.
- Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, user manuals, and version control documentation for all developed software and logic.

応募条件
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Control and Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 0–5 years of experience in software development for industrial or machine applications
• Own Vehicle with activated driving license & good driving skill
• Strong proficiency in C#, C++, Python, Ladder Diagram, Structured Text Programming
• Experience in machine vision for industrial applications (food inspection, portioning, sorting, or quality control) is a strong advantage
• Ability to write clean, structured, and well-documented code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers during system development
• Good technical communication skills in English
• Experience with vision libraries (e.g. OpenCV or similar) is highly preferred
• Solid experience in Image Processing / Deep Learning, such as:
- Object detection
- Measurement and inspection
- Image segmentation or feature extraction
• Understanding of:
- Real-time systems
- Algorithm optimization
- Data structures and performance tuning
- PLC programming languages, such as ladder logic, function block, and structured text.
- Interfacing between PLC to PC.
• Experience integrating software with:
- Cameras (2D / 3D / industrial cameras)
- Basic mechanical for adjustment the machine.
- Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi, Beckhoff, Siemens), HMI, industrial networks.
- Motion control and Automation systems
