仕事内容
1. Develop and drive sales strategies for fleet vehicle sales targeting government agencies, state enterprises, and public sector organizations.
2. Manage and lead the sales team by setting KPIs, sales targets, and developing team capabilities to achieve business objectives.
3. Oversee the sales pipeline, analyze forecasts, and evaluate sales performance to support business decision-making.
4. Manage government bidding projects, including TOR analysis, proposal preparation, tender submission, and project delivery.
5. Control budgets, costs, and profitability (P&L) to ensure alignment with company targets.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, business partners, and key stakeholders.
7. Coordinate with internal departments to drive project execution and improve operational efficiency.
8. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance competitiveness.
求めている人材
応募条件
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 7 years of experience in fleet sales, government sales, public sector projects, or tender/bidding management.
3. At least part of the 7 years' experience must include managing sales teams or managing projects.
4. Experience working with government procurement processes and the e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) system.
5. Experience in budget management, cost control, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management.英語
