    1. Team Training & BA Management
    - Manage and train offline promoters (BAs) to ensure they clearly understand product selling points, brand stories, and persuasive demonstration techniques.
    - Conduct regular training sessions to improve BA confidence, engagement, and in-store conversion rates.
    2. Offline Booth & Campaign Planning
    - Plan and execute in-store booth setups, pop-up events, and experiential campaigns for channels such as major convenience stores and large retail chains.
    - Design attractive displays and interactive activities that align with brand identity and seasonal trends to boost exposure and trial rates.
    3. Sales Promotion & Performance Review
    - Develop promotion plans for individual SKUs, analyze store-level sales data, and identify bottlenecks (e.g., inefficient communication with store managers, poor product placement).
    - Lead post-campaign reviews to summarize results, diagnose issues, and continuously optimize promotion methodologies.
    4. Distributor Management & Channel Relationship
    - Identify, evaluate, and manage distributors; assess each distributor's commitment level and willingness to invest in the brand.
    - Understand the internal relationship network within those retail channels; identify strengths, weaknesses, and key leverage points for different distributors.
    - Design differentiated incentive and management strategies to maximize channel resources.
    5. Integrated Capabilities (Offline, Live Streaming, BD, KOL)
    - Collaborate cross-functionally with offline, live streaming, BD, and KOL marketing teams to drive omnichannel growth.
    - Explore O2O models to drive foot traffic from online live streams and KOL campaigns to offline stores.

  • 応募条件

    Requirements:
    - Native Thai proficiency.
    - 5+ years of offline channel management experience in FMCG or retail, with deep knowledge of at least one major Thai retail channel.
    - Experience training offline promoters (BAs) and managing sales promotions.
    - Solid understanding of the distributor landscape, store-level decision-making processes, and key relationships in Thailand's offline channels; experience in negotiation and relationship management.
    - Demonstrated experience analyzing store-level sales data and producing actionable recommendations to resolve issues.

    Advantages:
    - Business-level English or Chinese.
    - Ability to provide training materials or campaign review reports.
    - Experience in live streaming, KOL marketing, or business development (BD).
