Responsibilities:
1. Operations Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• Lead day-to-day operations across all branches and support functions
• Build scalable operational frameworks to support expansion
• Drive operational excellence and execution consistency organization-wide
• Monitor branch operational performance and implement corrective actions
2. SOP & Operational System Management
• Design, standardize, and continuously improve SOPs across all functions
• Establish SOP governance framework and operational compliance standards
• Ensure all branches execute operations according to standardized workflows
• Develop operational manuals, workflows, service protocols, and process documentation
• Lead SOP audits and operational quality reviews
• Create operational playbooks for new branch openings and business expansion
3. Process Improvement & Productivity Optimization
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Implement operational KPIs and dashboard reporting systems
• Optimize manpower utilization, scheduling, and operational costs
• Improve productivity while maintaining premium service standards
4. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
• Ensure consistent premium customer experience across all branches
• Standardize customer service processes and recovery procedures
• Partner with Customer Experience and Marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and operational service quality
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
• Establish operational risk management and quality control systems
• Partner with HR and Academy teams to ensure operational capability standards
• Monitor operational safety, hygiene, and service quality standards
6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead and develop Operations Managers, Branch Managers, and operational support teams
• Foster high-performance culture and operational accountability
• Collaborate closely with:
o HR
o Finance
o Marketing
o Clinical/Dental teams
• Support leadership decision-making through operational insights and analytics

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields
• 10–15 years of operations leadership experience
• Experience managing operations across multiple branches and leading operational teams
• Experience developing SOPs and implementing operational systems
• Business-level proficiency in Thai and English英語
