  Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage full P&L responsibility, ensuring clear revenue delivery and sustainable market growth
  • Lead and execute market expansion from scratch, including brand building and commercial performance
  • Drive e-commerce and social commerce operations (Shopee, TikTok Shop or equivalent) with strong execution discipline
  • Build, lead, and develop a multicultural team, ensuring capability growth beyond task delegation
  • Act as a cultural and operational bridge with Vietnam HQ while maintaining independent decision-making
  • Uphold high performance standards without direct supervision from headquarters
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, making decisions without complete information
  • Establish and maintain team morale and cohesion for a team working away from home base
  • Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders in Thailand, ensuring effective communication and alignment
  • Adapt business approaches with respect for local culture, without imposing home-market practices
  • Take full ownership of on-the-ground execution, including relocation and long-term presence in the market
  • Continuously learn, iterate, and refine business models without relying on predefined playbooks
  • Demonstrate resilience and long-term commitment in building a new market
  • Proactively drive growth initiatives without requiring constant direction from HQ
