仕事内容
- Control and monitor daily production activities in Sintering and Filter processes.
- Plan production schedules and allocate manpower to ensure timely delivery and productivity targets.
- Monitor machine readiness and coordinate with related departments to prevent downtime.
- Ensure product quality aligns with required standards and support defect reduction initiatives.
- Promote safety, 5S, and continuous improvement within the production floor.
- Prepare and report daily production performance to the Production Manager or Plant Management.

[Must]
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a production engineer
- Knowledge of standard machines: lathe, press brake, shearing machine
- Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office
- Conversational English
