    International Sales & Market Development
    • Identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities in global markets.
    • Conduct market research to understand regional demand, competition, and potential distribution partners.
    • Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and proposals to international clients.

    Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas distributors, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
    • Provide timely support, consultation, and product knowledge to customers.
    • Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, terms, and sales contracts.

    Export Operations & Documentation
    • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth export processes—including booking shipments, export declarations, and compliance with international trade regulations.
    • Prepare necessary export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other regulatory documents.
    • Monitor shipments, track delivery timelines, and resolve issues when necessary.
    • Support pricing strategies, quotations, and contract negotiations for export markets.

    Sales Planning & Reporting
    • Develop sales forecasts and contribute to annual export strategies.
    • Analyze sales metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
    • Monitor international pricing trends and recommend product positioning strategies.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Provide customer feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    • Minimum 5-7 years of export sales experience, preferably in building materials, interior products, or acoustic solutions.
    • Ability to interpret product specifications such as NRC ratings, fire-resistance classifications, material density/weights, and panel constructions.
    • Strong understanding of export processes, and international shipping regulations.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
    • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
