仕事内容
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HR, Talent & Learning functions
- Pitch training solutions, leadership programs, and learning services to corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (HR, L&D, Management)
- Manage sales pipeline, deliver proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
- Collaborate closely with trainers, operations, and program teams to ensure successful delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain industry and competitor insights
- Represent the brand at events, networking, and client sites

- 3–7+ years in B2B sales, preferably HR, training, consulting, coaching, or L&D solutions
- Existing HR / corporate client network is a strong advantage
- Excellent presentation, pitching, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and closing deals
- Growth mindset and passion for learning
- Fast-paced and energetic character
