  • Develop and test PLC programs for automation control systems
  • Create HMI programs to enable users to easily control and monitor machine status
  • Conduct research and development of new technologies for production processes, such as automation systems, artificial intelligence (AI), or robotics
  • Design and develop solutions for integrating technology into production processes, including automation systems, quality control systems, and personnel training in technology usage
  • Troubleshoot and modify control programs or equipment when issues arise
  • Install PLCs, sensors, and control devices, and perform system-wide testing and commissioning prior to handover
  • Analyze production processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize control systems to reduce cycle time or save energy
  • Able to design jig fixtures used in production processes
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
  
  • เขียนและทดสอบโปรแกรม PLC สำหรับควบคุมระบบอัตโนมัติ
  • เขียนโปรแกรม HMI เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถควบคุม/ติดตามสถานะของเครื่องจักรได้ง่าย

  • แก้ไขโปรแกรมหรืออุปกรณ์ควบคุมเมื่อมีปัญหา
  • ติดตั้ง PLC, เซ็นเซอร์, อุปกรณ์ควบคุม และ ทดสอบการทำงานของเครื่องจักรทั้งระบบก่อนส่งมอบ (Commissioning)
  • วิเคราะห์กระบวนการผลิตและเสนอแนวทางในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และปรับแต่งระบบควบคุมเพื่อลดเวลาการทำงานหรือประหยัดพลังงาน
  • สามารถออกแบบ Jig Fixture ในกระบวนการผลิตได้
  • งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
