  Job Summary:
  We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst / Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, while also managing project execution from initiation to delivery. Experience in the logistics domain is highly desirable.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  - Coordinate across IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  - Conduct stakeholder meetings, document minutes, and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  - Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews.
  - Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
