    - Promote and sell laser machines and industrial solutions to factory and industrial clients.
    - Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various industries.
    - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
    - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
    - Coordinate with technical/product teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and solution proposals.
    - Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales in line with company targets.
    - Provide after-sales service and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
    - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and project delivery.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
    - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial machinery sales, especially laser machines, automation, or technical equipment.
    - Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required.
    - Chinese or Japanese communication skills are a strong advantage.
    - Solid understanding of B2B sales process and industrial customer needs.
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    - Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
    - Willing to travel for client visits and occasional out-of-office meetings.
