  - Supervise the development and growth of the export team.
  - Oversee export department functions and recommend process improvements.
  - Implementing and allocating resources to meet the productivity and utilization.
  - Drive and lead regular team meetings.
  - Support and provide internal cross training / knowledge sharing for team members.
  - Manages and resolve countries’ escalated issues in an efficient and timely manner.
  - Regular call with customers to develop and maintain relationship.
  - Ensure compliance and regulatory expectations are met within the service delivery scope.
  - Monitor and evaluate team performance.
  - Other duties as assigned.
