  - Lead, manage, and develop the color cosmetics & makeup division, focusing on products such as foundation, powder, lipstick, eyeshadow, etc.
  - Plan and execute strategies for product innovation in alignment with market trends, customer OEM needs, and company goals.
  - Research, select, and negotiate with raw material suppliers to ensure high quality and cost-effectiveness.
  - Lead formulation development and continuously improve product stability and performance.
  - Plan and conduct lab testing, stability testing, and performance evaluation to ensure product quality.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams: marketing, production, and OEM customers for successful product development and launches.
  - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform product development strategy.
  - Ensure compliance with domestic and international cosmetic regulations, including GMP, ISO, and client-specific requirements.
  - Support and coach R&D team members to enhance their technical capabilities and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  - Manage department budget and timeline effectively to meet development targets.
  - Present technical updates, project progress, and results to internal stakeholders and clients.
