    • Preparing payments for both local and international transactions
    • Issuing Receipts/Tax Invoices for both local and international transactions
    • Responsible for petty cash funds and reports for reimbursement
    • Preparing transaction with banks
    • Responsible for bank-related activities
    • Preparing daily/weekly reports of bank balances and outstanding checks
    • Handling withholding tax, Vat (PND. 3, 53, 54, P.P. 30,36)
    • Data entry and processing of the General Ledger
    • Handling bank reconciliation and Accounting transaction
    • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and updates
    • Other tasks as assigned by the Finance and Accounting Manager

  • 応募条件

    • Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experiences.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
    • Good Microsoft Office/ Excel skills.
    • Good knowledge of cash flow forecasting is considered a plus.
    • Good knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes is considered a plus.
    • Good knowledge of withholding tax and VAT
    • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Able to work under pressure
