  - Manage and control products in the warehouse appropriately as specified
  - Evaluate the work of employees
  - Control departments' expenses including the cost of product testing for customers
  - Set training plans and knowledge development to convey sales techniques for employees
  - Prevent and resolve complaints from customers and partners
  - Manpower planning and set work goals for the member
  - Manage the team to be able to work according to the specified goals
