  - Negotiating sales deals with customers and following up on a regular basis
  - Maintain the existing customers and expand the business opportunity for the existing customers
  - Develop long-term relationship with customers
  - Make business opportunity for new customers
  - Visit customers almost every day
  - Manage orders, contracts, and original documentation for exports
  - Arrange the logistics to meet shipping deadlines and liaise with shipping agents and port agents on necessary documentation
  - Liaise with customers on payments as well as address shipping or quality issues to maintain a strong business relationship
