- Process Control: Supervise every stage of the welding process to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Planning & Support: Prioritize welding tasks and provide comprehensive support to the production process.
- Workflow Management: Oversee the welding process to ensure it aligns with the production plan from start to finish.
- Problem Solving: Analyze current and potential future issues to determine timely solutions.
- Team Guidance: Advise subordinates on welding-related issues and provide training on workplace safety.
- Quality Standards: Control the quality and standards of welding work according to international principles.
- Supervision: Oversee both company welders and subcontractors to ensure they follow specific job requirements.
- Compliance: Cooperate with company policies regarding Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) systems consistently.

応募条件
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Welding Engineer.
- Ability to read and create engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 systems and knowledge of international welding standards: ASME (Section I, II, VIII, IX), AWS D1.1, AWS D1.6, EN15609-1, EN15614, EN9606.
- Conversational English proficiency.英語
