- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years experience in sales leadership roles, new business development, or key account management, ideally within the B2B sector with proven track record of new business acquiring.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Good in English, Japanese and Chinese will be advantage.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop sales strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Set and track individual sales goals.
- Collaborate with other teams to align with business goals.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and budgets.
- Global sales experience and customer-focused.
- Skilled in negotiation, leadership, and team management.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
