Service: Japanese Beauty Clinic e.g. Blemish Removal, Melasma, Skin Tone Up Treatment, Medical Hair Removal, Botox, Filler etc.Key Responsibilities• Welcome and provide professional care to both Thai and international customers• Provide information on clinic services, promotions, and treatment details• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate appointments via phone, Line, and social media platforms• Manage and organize doctors’ and customers’ appointment schedules efficiently• Prepare documents, process payments, and summarize daily sales reports• Coordinate with medical and treatment teams to ensure smooth service delivery• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and clinic environment• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues appropriately and professionally
