  • Job Description

    [Responsibilities]
    - Work closely with the Japanese Manager on business development and sales activities.
    - Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
    - Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
    - Arrange and attend meetings with prospective customers.
    - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
    - Understand customer needs and propose suitable products or solutions.
    - Prepare quotations, support sales negotiations, and follow up with customers.
    - Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.
    - Handle related sales documentation and other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    - Bachelor's degree.
    - Business English communication skills (Internal communication with Japanese manager)
    - Valid driving license.
    - Willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
    - Able to work either 3 or 5 days per week (working days and hours are negotiable depending on the candidate's preference and job scope).

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in sales, business development, or new customer acquisition.
    - Knowledge of industrial products, trading, or logistics
    - Interest in growing together with a newly established company (Having business mind)
