• Job Description

  - Supervise daily operational accounting, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and fixed assets.
  - Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  - Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
  - Prepare initial draft financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) in accordance with accounting standards.
  - Ensure accurate calculation, filing, and reporting of local, state, and federal taxes (e.g., Corporate Tax, VAT/Sales Tax, Withholding Tax).
  - Assist in preparing internal control procedures and ensure strict team compliance to safeguard organizational assets.
  - Responsible for managing full-spectrum accounting and financial operations for the Uni Life and Fine Blend group of companies.
  - Fully capable of efficiently handling core accounting, month-end/year-end financial closing, and tax compliance across both entities
