• Job Description

  - Manage and oversee end-to-end air freight operations for both imports and exports.
  - Manage airlines, GSSAs, consolidators, co-loaders, and other vendors, including rates, capacity, space, and service performance.
  - Monitor flight schedules, routing, capacity, transit times, and operational disruptions to ensure efficient shipment handling.
  - Work closely with the Sales and Pricing/Tender teams to provide competitive and profitable air freight solutions.
  - Support key customers and strategic accounts, including by handling complex requirements and service escalations.
  - Monitor and improve revenue, gross profit, shipment volume, yield, profitability, capacity utilization, and service quality.
  - Lead, coach, and develop the Air Freight team, including by setting KPIs and performance objectives.
  - Drive process improvement, cost efficiency, productivity, digitalization, and operational excellence.
  - Ensure compliance with air freight regulations, aviation security requirements, dangerous goods requirements, documentation standards, and company procedures.
  - Coordinate with regional and global teams and internal departments, including Sales, Operations, Pricing, Customs, Finance, and Procurement.
