  Position Summary:
  We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivery control, domestic logistics coordination, and supporting daily sales operations. You will act as a key liaison connecting domestic clients, local suppliers, logistics partners, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth trade operations and on-time delivery.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivery Control & Logistics Management
  - Oversee end-to-end delivery schedules, tracking shipments from warehouses/ports to final domestic delivery points.
  - Monitor shipment lead times and proactively manage delivery schedules to prevent delays or supply chain bottlenecks.
  - Coordinate inventory allocations and dispatch instructions with warehouses and transport companies.
  
  2. Domestic Stakeholder Coordination
  - Act as the primary coordinator between domestic clients, sales representatives, local vendors, and logistics providers.
  - Facilitate day-to-day operational communication, handle schedule adjustments, and resolve delivery-related issues efficiently.
  - Align domestic customer requirements with internal inventory and delivery capabilities.
  
  3. Order Management & Sales Support
  - Process sales orders, purchase orders, and quotes accurately within the internal system.
  - Track order fulfillment, manage shipping documentation, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
  - Assist in managing import/export documentation (B/L, Invoices, Packing Lists, Customs papers) as needed.
