• Job Description

  - Provide interpretation between Chinese and Thai or English for customers
  - Interpret during business meetings, negotiations, and internal meetings
  - Translate emails, documents, contracts, product materials, and other business-related documents
  - Provide communication support for Chinese-speaking customers
  - Support sales team members
  - Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents
  - Respond to customer inquiries and requests
  - Follow up on delivery schedules and shipment status
  - Prepare sales materials and reports
  - Manage customer information and track sales and project progress
  - Handle inquiries from Chinese-speaking customers
  - Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking customers and business contacts
  - Support new customer development and sales activities
