  • Job Description

    • Develop HR policies, strategies, and plans in alignment with the company’s vision, business strategy, and business plans.
    • Act as a Strategic HR Business Partner, providing advice to senior management on People Strategy, Organization, Talent, Leadership, and Workforce Management.
    • Plan and manage the organization structure, manpower requirements, and job structure to support business growth, improve productivity, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement strategies for Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Leadership Development to build future-ready employees and leaders.
    • Manage and develop the Performance Management system to align with organizational goals, while supporting performance management and employee capability development.
    • Design and manage Compensation & Benefits, Salary Structure, Job Grades, Incentives, and Reward Programs to remain competitive in the market and attract, retain, and motivate high-potential employees.
    • Plan and manage Training & Development programs in line with current competencies and future business needs, including OJT, Functional Training, Management Development, Orientation, and Onboarding.
    • Promote Employee Engagement, Employee Communication, and a Positive Workplace Culture to strengthen employee commitment, collaboration, and overall employee experience.
    • Establish initiatives and measures to improve Employee Morale, Motivation, and Satisfaction, while analyzing the causes of turnover and developing plans to reduce turnover and retain key employees.
    • Oversee Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Compliance to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Manage key HR Operations, including Recruitment, Manpower Planning, HRIS, Payroll Governance, and Employee Data, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and support for organizational decision-making.
    • Utilize HR Analytics and People Data to analyze Workforce Trends, Turnover, Productivity, Cost, and People KPIs to support strategic workforce planning.
    • Manage and develop the HR team to strengthen its strategic capabilities and enable effective business support.
    • Prepare and present HR performance results, People KPIs, key issues, and development plans to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
    • At least 10 years of experience in HRM and HRD, with at least 5–10 years of management-level experience.
    • Strong capability as a Business-minded HR Leader / Strategic HR Business Partner.
    • Strong experience and expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Salary Structure, Job Evaluation, and Reward Management.
    • Knowledge and experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, Employee Relations, and HR Governance.
    • Strong skills in Strategic Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Decision Making.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and work effectively with senior management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Good command of Thai and English, both spoken and written, with the ability to conduct meetings and deliver presentations.
