Job Description

• Description: Develop and execute the business strategy for the wooden packaging market to achieve sales and profitability targets.• Manage sales amounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.• Responsible for all marketing activities (wooden packaging market) for the Company, from marketing planning and strategy setting to seeking new markets and business opportunities for the company.• Control sales operations for existing and new customers to achieve the set goals efficiently.• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.• Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.• Monitor and plan to meet customer needs in terms of both volume and delivery. (For existing customer, HQ 5 staff and BR 3 staff)• Monitor project progress from kickoff to delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. (For new customer, HQ 3 staff)• Coordinate within and between departments to create understanding and alignment in working toward common goals.• Risk management: identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution
