• Job Description

  Playable Planning & Production
  - Partner closely with the PR Team and Creative Team to fully understand each client's creative brief, campaign objectives, and performance goals.
  - Translate creative concepts and briefs into technically feasible playable production plans with engaging gameplay mechanics.
  - Assess whether a game's core loop can be effectively adapted into a compelling playable experience while preserving the essence of the original game.
  - Evaluate technical feasibility, considering playable platform limitations such as file size restrictions, loading performance, engine capabilities, and ad network specifications.
  - Collaborate with the Manager of Interactives to determine the most suitable production approach for each project, balancing complexity, timelines, and available production resources.
  - Provide creative and production feedback throughout development to ensure the final playable aligns with both the original vision and technical requirements.
  
  Vendor Management & External Production
  - Own and continuously develop product network of external playable production partners.
  - Build strong, long-term relationships with vendors, becoming the primary point of contact throughout production.
  - Match projects to the most suitable vendor based on expertise, capacity, quality, timelines, and previous performance.
  - Negotiate project scope, budgets, delivery schedules, and production timelines within operational guidelines.
  - Manage multiple vendor productions simultaneously, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  - Review vendor deliverables against creative briefs, gameplay requirements, and quality standards, providing clear, actionable feedback throughout revision cycles.
  - Proactively resolve production challenges and vendor escalations while maintaining accountability for delivery quality and timelines.
  - Evaluate vendor performance on an ongoing basis and identify opportunities to expand, optimize, or diversify the external production network.
  - Maintain accurate records of vendor capabilities, rates, delivery performance, contracts, and production history.
  
  Project & Production Management
  - Own the end-to-end production lifecycle of playable projects from brief handoff through final delivery.
  - Create detailed production briefs that clearly communicate creative objectives, gameplay mechanics, technical requirements, and client expectations.
  - Coordinate communication across PR, Creative, Internal Production, and External Vendors to ensure alignment throughout production.
  - Monitor active productions, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, or delays and implementing solutions before they impact delivery.
  - Maintain project schedules, budgets, documentation, technical specifications, and production assets within project management systems.
  - Conduct post-project reviews to identify production improvements, vendor learnings, and workflow optimizations.
