Strategic Consulting・Lead and direct diverse project teams through hands-on approaches to execute solutions and achieve project goals・Responsible for specific components of a project (projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge)・Support senior management in developing strategic directions and implementation plansClient Engagement & Relationship Management・Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to client executives through high-quality deliverables・Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration to understand their concerns and design appropriate change plans・Gain stakeholder acceptance for proposed solutions through compelling presentations and relationship management・Serve as key point of contact for day-to-day client interactions and project coordinationBusiness Development・Take responsibility for sales and marketing activities including proposal development and client presentations・Present company capabilities and thought leadership at conferences and industry events to represent the company・Contribute to new business acquisition through relationship building and market developmentTeam Leadership & Development・Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high standards of project delivery and foster their professional growth・Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and best practices
