  • Job Description

    - Maintain good relationship with Thai suppliers and Japan headquarter
    - Managing, responding to and supporting headquarter’ requirements in order to ensure that products meet their highest
    - Coordinate and negotiate with supplier to provide information to Headquarter, including matters of sales contract, product and service
    - Coordinate and interpret (Thai ⇄ Japanese) when visiting suppliers/customers including internal meeting
    - Translate documents (Thai ⇄ Japanese)
    - Overseeing the shipping plans
    - Site visits and supplier audits (approx. 2 times/month - Upcountry)
    - Gather & update market information and movement
    - Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in trading business or related field.
    - Willing to travel upcountry for business trips (several days if required).
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Good command of English for business communication.
    - Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or N1) is a must.
