Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Design Electrical Control and Automation systems for machinery.
• Prepare and review Electrical Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, Control Circuits, and Panel Layouts.
• Program and develop PLC / HMI according to customer requirements.
• Supervise Control Panel assembly and wiring.
• Test and commission systems, including I/O Check, Function Test, and Panel Testing.
• Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and machine control systems.
• Plan and monitor projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, customers, suppliers, production, and technicians.
• Support Sales in evaluating the technical feasibility of new projects.
• Lead and provide technical guidance to Electrical / Automation Engineers and Technicians.
• Assign and manage team workload to ensure smooth operations and project completion.
• Prepare technical and handover documents.
Qualifications
Requirement
MUST:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Electrical Control, Automation, or PLC.
• Electrical Engineering Professional License (required).
• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, Keyence) and PLC Programming Certification.
• Able to read and design Electrical Drawings and Wiring Diagrams, and able to travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning.
Advantage:
• Experience with HMI, Inverter, Servo, and Control Panels.English Level
