    •Representative of change management to receive a call, verbally, or Join Teams meeting as User require.
    •Manage and control, prepare and conduct change requests / work plan.
    •Clarify customer requirements and find out the solution based on existing device.
    •Understand the role of each of network device, how they work to satisfy customer service.
    •Understand multiband firewall, NAT, DNS, Load balancer concept
    •Understand a DHCP services.
    •Understand routing protocol dynamic/static
    •Understand concept of AI and able to utilize it for general usage

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology. or related fields
    -Experienced around 2-3 years
    -Experienced with Network Operation / implement job
    -Experienced with Network Administrator role
    -Experienced with Change Management Process.
