Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced senior sales leader to oversee the overall sales function and dealer network in Thailand, with a key focus on driving consistent and sustainable sales growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales organization, including dealer network management, sales target planning, forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales activity management. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to enhance the overall effectiveness and performance of the sales team.
This position is suited to a hands-on, results-driven leader who is comfortable working directly with dealers and sales teams. The candidate should be able to identify challenges from actual market and field operations and translate them into practical actions and solutions, rather than managing solely through reports or instructions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies and business plans for the Thailand market
• Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and sales pipeline activities
• Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Managers and Sales Staff to improve team performance
• Oversee, maintain, and continuously develop the dealer network
• Track sales results, sales activities, and business opportunities across different dealers and regions
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans for underperforming regions, dealers, and sales personnel
• Build and maintain strong relationships while negotiating with Dealer Owners and key customers
• Collaborate with finance companies to facilitate and maximize sales opportunities through to closing
• Work closely with Marketing, After Sales, and other relevant functions to support sales operations
• Define, monitor, and continuously enhance sales KPIs and sales management procedures
• Present sales results, forecasts, key challenges, and corrective action plans to Management
• Conduct regular visits to dealers and customers in provincial areas when necessary
• Drive improvements in overall sales productivity, performance, and execution throughout the sales organization
Qualifications
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a Director, Sales Director, or Head of Sales position is highly preferred
• Proven track record of leading and managing a sales organization
• Strong experience in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Managers and Sales Staff
• Hands-on experience in dealer network management or dealer-based sales operations
• Solid knowledge of sales target planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage sales performance across dealers, regions, and sales teams
• Strong negotiation skills with Dealer Owners and key customers
• Proven ability to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans for underperforming dealers, regions, or sales teams
• Experience in managing and monitoring sales activities through KPI-driven processes
• Ability to prepare and present sales performance reports and business updates to senior management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills across different functionsEnglish Level
