    【Key Responsibilities】

    • Develop and implement business cost improvement strategies through sourcing to improve cost position without sacrificing quality
    • Challenge existing suppliers to recommend more cost-effective and/or more reliable products that will improve our competitive position.
    • Assist in the evaluation and coordination of these recommendations
    • Regularly evaluate the performance of suppliers in areas of quality of products or services, reasonable costs, timely response / service level, etc.
    • Ensure all necessary documents related to procurement activities are properly recorded, filed, and controlled.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related fields.
    • 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
    • Experience in Solar, EPC, Construction, or Energy business.
    • Experience in supplier management, price negotiation, and cost reduction.
    • Experience coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Project teams.

    【Advantage】

    • Experience in Solar equipment, electrical equipment, or construction materials.
    • Experience working with international suppliers.
