  • Job Description

    【Responsibilities】
    - Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, mainly Japanese companies.
    - Develop new local customers, mainly through distributors.
    - Promote and sell electronic components, including MLCCs, inductors, and noise suppression products.
    - Visit customers approximately 2–3 times per month to understand their needs and provide product solutions.
    - Coordinate with internal teams and distributors to support customer requirements.
    - Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
    - Work toward team sales targets and KPIs.
    - Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Over 4 years' experience in sales in trading of electronic components
    - English communication (Good communication in spoken and written)
    - Japanese speaking (Equal to N3 up, able to report to JP MD)

    【Advantage】
    - Driving license or own car
    - Computer & software skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, SAP, MRP
