  Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Manufacturing with a strong background in manufacturing and production operations to oversee key projects, particularly projects involving multiple production lines.
  The facility operates 16 production lines in total, covering various plating and surface treatment processes. However, this position will be specifically responsible for the Hard Chrome Plating process and related projects.
  The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and be capable of managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and solving operational issues effectively.
  This position will be responsible for Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, People Management, and Customer Coordination, including managing approximately 60 team members and coordinating with Engineering and other relevant departments to achieve project targets in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  • Take overall responsibility for assigned projects from planning and execution through production and delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate projects related to multiple production lines within the Hard Chrome Plating process.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, production capacity, manpower, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Manage approximately 60 employees, including manpower planning, work allocation, performance monitoring, coaching, and team development.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate and coordinate directly with customers, particularly regarding project progress, production issues, quality, delivery, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the Hard Chrome Plating process to ensure that production and project requirements are properly achieved.
  • Identify project risks, production issues, and potential delays, and develop appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and other relevant functions to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure production processes comply with customer requirements and specifications.
  • Support New Project / New Product implementation and Production Ramp-up related to Hard Chrome Plating.
  • Prepare and present project status, KPIs, progress updates, and issue reports to management and customers.
  • Drive productivity improvement and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the assigned area.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Customer Requirements.
  • Perform other duties related to project and manufacturing management as assigned by management.
