• Job Description

  - Take overall responsibility for assigned job sites.
  - Understand contractual construction requirements.
  - Develop and execute construction plans.
  - Prepare mobilization and demobilization plans and detailed site setup requirements.
  - Plan manpower.
  - Monitor progress and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  - Enforce site discipline and support site staff welfare.
  - Receive client instructions regarding changes and report them to the project manager.
  - Coordinate all functions within the project team.
  - Attend client site meetings, solve problems, manage CRM, and hold internal site meetings.
  - Ensure punch listing is performed and drive the construction team toward mechanical completion.
  - Manage human resources.
