  • Job Description

    - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
    - Visit customer sites regularly to identify, analyze, and resolve operational and facility-related issues.
    - Investigate root causes of technical problems and propose effective solutions and improvement plans.
    - Develop technical proposals, including facility improvement recommendations and fuel conversion studies for new and existing customers.
    - Collaborate with the sales team to transform technical findings into commercially viable proposals and identify new business opportunities.
    - Oversee and coordinate maintenance and engineering work performed by contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
    - Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    - Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and other related documents.
    - Other tasks assigned my manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    - Over 3 years of practical experience in Engineering, Maintenance, EPC, or other related technical fields.
    - Confident and professional communication skills with the ability to interact directly with customers.
    - Good command of spoken and written English for daily business communication.
    - Be able to visit the site and support technical issues
    * Visit within 100Km in BKK. Company car & Driver provided
    If the candidate use their own car, the company provide the gasoline fee
