Job Description
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle recruitment and hiring processes.
- Prepare documentation for new employees.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Register and maintain employee information in the payroll system.
- Register employees in the attendance/fingerprint scanning system.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.
- Prepare and follow up on probation evaluation documents.
2. Employee Welfare & Benefits
- Coordinate and administer employee welfare and benefits.
- Handle employee registration and termination with Social Security.
- Handle enrollment and termination of Group Insurance.
- Manage Provident Fund enrollment, termination, and related employee information.
- Prepare and process various allowances and employee financial assistance.
- Maintain records for Attendance Awards and Long Service Awards.
- Coordinate with insurance companies regarding employee medical claims.
3. Attendance, Manpower & Organization Management
- Prepare daily attendance information, including absence, leave, and lateness.
- Prepare monthly manpower summaries and employee turnover reports.
- Prepare KPI-related reports and other HR reports for management.
- Update the organization chart on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and update Job Descriptions when there are new employees, position changes, or organizational restructuring.
- Support manpower planning and related HR data analysis.
- Prepare emergency response plans and coordinate training for relevant employees.
4. Payroll & Compensation
- Monitor and verify employee attendance, overtime, allowances, and other payroll-related information.
- Prepare monthly payroll calculation data using Business Plus / B-Plus.
- Submit payments and documentation related to:
- Social Security Fund
- Provident Fund
- Personal Income Tax
- Student Loan Fund
- Court-ordered deductions and other required deductions
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for the Accounting and management teams.
- Prepare monthly income comparison reports.
- Prepare monthly PL Plan and PL Result reports.
- Prepare annual 50 Bis certificates.
- Prepare annual bonus calculation data.
- Prepare annual salary adjustment information.
- Support payroll-related reconciliation and ensure accuracy of employee compensation data.
5. HR Administration & Government Coordination
- Prepare documents required for government authorities related to HR administration.
- Handle online reports related to employment and labor requirements, including:
Disability Employment Report
- Kor. 11 Report
- Tor. 16 Report
- Issue salary certificates, payslips, and employment certificates.
- Prepare annual performance evaluation and promotion documents.
- Prepare warning letters and resignation-related documents.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
6. Employee Relations & Company Activities
- Support and coordinate company activities and employee engagement events.
- Conduct annual employee satisfaction surveys regarding workplace environment and employee facilities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address employee-related matters.
- Support general HR projects and other assignments from management.
7. Other HR Support
- Prepare PRs for subcontractor-related expenses.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related expenses and documentation.
- Provide general HR support as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration.
- Hands-on experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits is strongly preferred.
- Experience using B-Plus / Business Plus Payroll System will be highly considered.
- Good knowledge of Social Security, Provident Fund, personal income tax, and other HR-related statutory requirements.
- Experience in attendance management and payroll preparation.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and HR/Payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee and payroll information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work with confidential information.
- Able to work under pressure and meet monthly payroll deadlines.English Level
