  • Job Description

    [Responsibilities]
    - Achieve sales targets in line with the Business Plan and previous-year performance.
    - Develop new ICT accounts and identify new business opportunities.
    - Secure NPI sample requests and follow up on potential new projects.
    - Manage customer forecasts, demand planning, and purchase orders.
    - Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    - Coordinate delivery schedules with factories in Japan and overseas.
    - Coordinate customer QA documentation and basic technical requests.
    - Communicate customer requirements effectively with internal and overseas teams.
    - Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
    - Other assignments as directed by leader/manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in a related field
    - Chinese: HSK5 or higher (for client communication)
    - Conversational English skill (for internal communication)
    - Be able to business trips to factories in Guangzhou, Taiwan, and Japan but 1-2time/3months

    [Advantage]
    - Knowledge of printed circuit boards and copper clad laminate (FR4)
    - Experience in B2B sales, including new client acquisition and business development
    - Experience in new product development or project-based sales
