  Business Development & Strategy
  - Establish and develop business models, sales strategies, and business plans, including annual and medium-term 3–5 year plans.
  - Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, margin, branding, and marketing performance for both domestic and international businesses.
  - Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, channels, and potential customers.
  - Plan, develop, manage, and drive domestic and international business activities in line with company policy, goals, and timelines.
  Market Analysis
  Conduct market research and analyze:
  - Sales channels
  - Market coverage
  - Customer behavior
  - Customer requirements
  - Competitor activities
  - Identify market trends and business opportunities to support long-term growth.
  - Monitor business performance and provide recommendations based on market and customer insights.
  Sales & Customer Management
  - Track, monitor, and report sales performance to management through regular reports and management reviews.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  - Manage customer issues, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  - Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth sales execution and customer service.
  - Support the development of long-term partnerships and business opportunities.
  Team Management & Development
  - Lead, coach, and develop the export sales team to improve individual and team capabilities.
  - Set direction and support the team in achieving sales and business objectives.
  - Strengthen sales competencies, motivation, and overall team performance.
