• Job Description

  - Supervise and control departmental operations to meet established goals.
  - Ensure departmental staff strictly comply with company rules and regulations.
  - Communicate executive policies to operational-level staff.
  - Provide initial consultation and guidance regarding inspection processes to department staff.
  - Support executive policies to achieve organizational targets.
  - Analyze and find solutions to improve inspection processes.
  - Serve as a member of the Internal Audit team.
  - Support executive policies to achieve organizational targets.
  - Act as a liaison between the organization and customers, and assess customer satisfaction.
  - Review customer complaints to implement necessary actions within the department.
  - Ensure that processes required for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented, and maintained continuously across the organization.
  - Report to top management on the performance/effectiveness of the QMS and any needed improvements.
  - Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the entire organization.
  - Coordinate with external bodies/agencies regarding the Quality Management System.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
