  • Job Description

    - Voice of the Customer: Manage customer complaints, quality audits, data reporting, and coordinate incoming/outgoing product quality between plants.
    - New Projects & Engineering Changes: Support prototype testing, documentation, and lead PPAP submissions and ECR/PCR handling.
    - Problem Solving & Cost Control: Drive customer complaint resolutions (corrective actions) and actively track to reduce internal/external failure costs.
    - Quality Systems & Safety: Maintain quality documentation (work instructions, inspection standards) and act as the department's safety coordinator.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
    - Have experience in strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing plant environment.
    - Have experience in hands-on with quality core tools (PPAP, non-conformities, corrective actions), and cross-plant coordination.
    - Business skill in English
