• Job Description

  - Manage new projects and new model launches from RFQ to mass production, including process design, tooling, capacity planning, layout planning, and coordination with related departments to achieve project schedules and budgets.
  - Prepare the annual budget plan, present it to top management, and control expenses according to the approved budget.
  - Manage the APQP/PPAP system.
  - Plan and conduct APQP meetings.
  - Review APQP documents such as PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow.
  - Control PPAP activities (Dimensional Inspection, Capability Study).
  - Plan and manage new machine installation.
  - Define machine specifications and supervise installation, testing, and trial runs.
  - Verify machine accuracy and process capability.
  - Manage and control the Bill of Materials (BOM) and ERP system.
  - Verify BOM accuracy, process flow, and cycle time.
  - Ensure ERP data matches actual production to prevent wrong material and wrong process issues.
  - Review and oversee problem analysis and corrective actions in machining processes.
  - Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports.
  - Review and maintain the Master Tooling List (tools, cutting tools, jigs, and fixtures).
  - Control and improve cutting tools (tool life and cost).
  - Improve productivity through cycle time reduction.
  - Control and continuously improve production standards, including SOPs, Control Plans, Master Tooling Lists, and Master Jig & Fixture Lists.
