  • Job Description

    - Responsible for carrying out after-sales service remotely and/or at the customer's site, including installation, maintenance, and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
    - Inspect faulty instruments to identify issues and proceed with repairs.
    - Perform installation and troubleshooting for instrument hardware and software.
    - Independently determine suitable solutions for problem solving both online and at the customer's site.
    - Provide technical support for specific logistical activities within defined support areas.
    - Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and schedule repairs as part of service contracts.
    - Conduct quality checks on instruments to ensure they meet standards before delivery to the customer.
    - Initiate technical support requests or escalate issues when problems cannot be resolved.
    - Determine parts, supplies, or tools needed to complete service requests.
    - Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - High Vocational diploma or higher in Medical Engineering or a related field.
    - 1-3 years' experience in technical support, as a technician, or in a related field, including medical instrument repair and service.
    - Hold a valid driving license and be able to travel for work upcountry.
    - Ability to travel abroad for training.
