    Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Analyze and resolve quality problems in the production process.
    2. Handle customer complaints and customer compliance.
    3. Inspect product quality to meet customer requirements.
    4. Control new models, drawings, and ECNs.
    5. Monitor and follow up on the results in the production process.
    6. Manage subordinates.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC in metal processing (metal part manufacturing)
    - Minimum 1 year of experience at the Supervisor - Assistant Manager level
    - Ability to read technical drawings; knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
    - Experience using calipers and dial gauges

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in the Automotive Industry
    - Experience preparing 8D reports and conducting Why-Why-Why analysis
