• Job Description

  Key Responsibilities:
  
  1. Project Management and Execution:
  - Coordinate internal resources, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of software implementation projects, which typically last around one year per project cycle.
  - Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  - Develop project scopes and objectives, involve relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.
  - Ensure resource availability and allocation, and track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  - Manage risks to minimize their impact, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  - Plan and coordinate the user testing phase, arrange task schedules with clients and vendors, and track, report, and escalate issues to keep plans on schedule.
  - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  
  2. Pre-sales and Client Relationship Management:
  - Lead pre-sales operations, initially targeting Japanese financial institutions and local enterprises.
  - Conduct client discussions, capture business requirements, and analyze and structure operational challenges through direct communication with local decision-makers.
  - Support the creation of comprehensive proposal materials and deliver client presentations.
  - Facilitate adjustments to business terms, contract negotiations, and ongoing account management.
  
  3. Team and Regional Collaboration:
  - Act as the primary liaison between local clients, multinational teams, and the technical development teams in Japan and China. Technical SE teams will handle detailed man-hour estimates.
  - Report and escalate critical project issues to management as needed.
